$50 dollar deposit due January 3

To sign-up, place a check in the amount of $50 per child (made out to Mountview Baptist Church with ski trip in the memo) in a sealed envelope along with the student’s name. You can either turn the envelope in to Pastor Kurt or Jamie Cleverley, or place the envelope in the mailbox located just outside the administrative offices in the church. The non-refundable deposit of $50 is required in order to sign-up and is due on or before January 3. If you need financial assistance please contact Pastor Kurt and we will make arrangements.
